A free workshop for creatives in the Selwyn District covering ten fundamentals of running your creative practice as a business.

In this workshop we will be exploring ten fundamentals of setting up your creative practice as a business. We’ll be talking about what we do, creating a brand for ourselves, defining our audience and finding them, setting up efficient systems and templates, online presence, CV/Bio and IP.

About the Workshop Facilitator - Agnieszka Parr

Agnieszka works with local artists and creatives and with small and medium businesses. Collaboration, knowledge sharing and lifelong learning are the cornerstones of her practice.


Agnieszka teaches communication to architecture and interior design students at Ara Institute of
Canterbury as well as running workshops for the wider creative community in Christchurch.


She is a member of Designers Institute of New Zealand, Graduate Women New Zealand,
Technical Communicators Association and the Directory of Women Designers.
